Position: Construction Purchaser

We are looking for an experience Construction Purchaser that responsible for sourcing, negotiating with, and purchasing materials, parts, and equipment for construction projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery to support project operations and prevent costly delays.

• Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services for projects.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure competitive pricing.
• Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and track deliveries.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve procurement-related issues, and ensure quality standards.
• Stay updated on market trends, material availability, and cost fluctuations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven experience in construction procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry standards.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
